Location
I am located inside the Phenix Salon Suites in the Cranberry Mall, next to the Cranberry Cinema. Parking is never a worry with a full lot out front! For your first visit I will greet you up front to give you a small tour and help you find Fika Hair Studio (suite 16). If you wish to come in early, please note for our safety the door remains locked at all times and you can use access code that will be sent in your appointment confirmation.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation, where we come up with our game plan, and I will provide you with an estimate before I get to work.
There is a selection of drinks and snacks for your enjoyment during your service. Feel free to let me know if you want to chat during your appointment or would prefer a silent appointment to recharge.
Next we move on to everyone's favorite part, the shampoo. Feel free to relax as I give my famous scalp massage, and hot towel treatment
Finally after you are styled, and we have reviewed your finished result, we will discuss how to keep your new look maintained.

Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy
I ask for 24 hour notice for any cancellation of appointment, failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service.
Illness policy
To ensure the health of my clients, myself and my family I ask that if you are sick to please reschedule your appointment.
At this time I am also requiring any person who has been exposed to Covid to reschedule their appointment.
There will not be a cancellation charge for any illness
Refund policy
At this time I do not issue refunds on any services. If you find that you are unhappy with the results I will always welcome you back to correct the issue. Please notify me within 7 days of original service.
If you have purchased retail and are not in love you may bring back within 10 days of purchase, for a credit to be used on other retail items only.
